Baylee Ann Zwart founded fine jewellery label ĀZLEE in 2015, fusing contrasting influences including Art Deco architecture, Romanticism and ancient civilizations to create modern heirlooms with a nostalgic sensibility. Zwart draws inspiration from the rippling water and volcanic landscape of Lake Atitlán in Guatemala – where she studied metalworking – to create artfully textured and geometric pieces informed by the natural world. Ethically handcrafted in Los Angeles, the label’s elegant 18kt gold coin necklaces, rings and earrings are encrusted with sparkling diamonds and vibrant gems.
