Amalie Røge Hove founded her conceptual knitwear label to challenge the notions of traditional craftsmanship through a modern, artistic approach. Drawing on years of experience working at brands such as Cecilie Bahnsen and Mark Tan, the Danish designer uses intuitive experimentation to create contemporary silhouettes that put the focus on the wearer bringing a new dimension to each piece. The collection is mindfully made to minimize waste – every item is knitted directly into shape, meaning there is no off-cuts – while any leftover samples are reworked into new designs. Look out for tank tops, tie-front cardigans, cropped bralette s and draped skirts that are crafted using multi-certified organic cotton.
